Description

This sauce is a sweet chilli sauce made from the cayenne variety of chilli called "Wildfire". 
It is hotter than a standard sweet chilli sauce and as it contains no onion or garlic, it is FODMAP friendly if you can handle chilli.

Gluten free, made in a gluten free kitchen.
Vegan.

Scrubby Gully is based in Central Otago.
We grow as many of the ingredients for our preserves as we can and although not a registered organic grower, we follow organic growing principles.
Any other ingredients that we cannot grow, we source locally if possible.
