Yes of course you can return the order if there is a fault with the product. If the issue is with the product itself, rather than damage during freighting, please call us as soon as possible to discuss the issue. We take our food safety obligations very seriously. Because of freight costs, it is sometimes more cost effective to refund your purchase than replace the items.
Flowers cannot be returned but if there is an issue with the order please contact us to discuss a refund.
We ask that you tell us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the products. We will discuss refund and/or return options with you then.
