Can I place an order now?

Yes, you can! We are open for business on line 24/7. Alternatively, you can visit us at the Farmers Market we attend or at one of our Bloom Bar days during the flower season.

Where are your products available?

We are regularly at the Cromwell Farmers and Craft Market in the historic precinct in Cromwell on a Sunday. We also attend various other specialist or annual markets so email us if you want to know where we will be. sales@scrubbygully.co.nz Please remember that the markets are seasonal. Cromwell Farmers and Craft Market runs from Labour Weekend until the end of April. Various other outlets sell some of our products - Roberts Family Fruit Stall in Earnscleugh, Central Stories Museum and Art Gallery and, during their season, Cheeki Cherries in Cromwell.

Do you offer deliveries?

We can organise deliveries but due to courier schedules in rural areas, we can only offer next day delivery if you are in the Alexandra/Clyde region. However, if you do need an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will see what we can arrange.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We will replace preserves product damaged during delivery if you contact us within 24 hours of the products' delivery. If you have concerns about your item, please let us know by contacting us via email at sales@scrubbygully.co.nz and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
