Perfect for anyone looking to create homemade jams, chutneys and sauces, these hands-on sessions will teach you the techniques for preserving seasonal produce.

  • Making Jams, Jellies and Conserves
  • Making Chutneys and Relishes
  • Making Sauces

A few more details:
We keep the number of participants in each workshop small (normally with 6 per instructor as a maximum) so that you get plenty of time to ask questions and come away feeling empowered - not overwhelmed.

For all workshops, everything you need is provided.

Our workshops are advertised in our newsletter "The Newsnatter" and on our social media channels.

Costs range from $40.00 per workshop to $60.00 per workshop depending on the topic and the materials needed.

If you receive the The Newsnatter, you get advanced notice of when workshops will be plus a $5 discount off each workshop.
