Description

A very versatile sauce made from green Jalapeno and green Rocotto chillies.
This sauce has a great tangy bite and a bit of a kick!
No onion or garlic so FODMAP friendly if you can handle chilli.
Gluten free, made in a gluten free kitchen. Vegan.

Scrubby Gully is based in Central Otago. We grow as many of the ingredients for our preserves as we can and although not a registered organic grower, we follow organic growing principles. Any other ingredients that we cannot grow, we source locally if possible.
