Description
A chipotle, or chilpotle, is a smoke-dried ripe jalapeño chilli pepper used for seasoning.It is a chilli used primarily in Mexican and Mexican-inspired cuisines.
The use of chipotle chillies creates a smokey BBQ sauce and this one is sweetened with rhubarb and honey.
This sauce is the mildest of our chilli sauces but has a lovely smokey flavour.
Add it to the dressing on your potato salad - especially if you add crispy bacon to the salad!
Full of flavour, free of gluten.
Vegetarian.
