Description
Black currants have that distinctive deep flavour that really tickles your taste buds! This jam has an especially deep flavour as we also incorporate black peaches into it.This is a scrumptious jam that is not only good on toast or a crumpet but makes a great cheesecake topping or is good used to de-glace a pan when cooking rich gamey meats like venison.
The fruit for this jam is spray free and grown on our property.
Distance in food miles? Less than 200 metres.
Full of flavour, free from gluten and made in a gluten free kitchen.
Vegan.

We grow as many of the ingredients for our preserves as we can and although not a registered organic grower, we follow organic growing principles.
Any other ingredients that we cannot grow, we source locally if possible.
